This learning goals tracker is a great way to ensure your children are motivated and ready to learn. Each child will have their own goals that you create with them. It can be laminated and placed on their desk as a constant reminder of what they are working towards.
Implementation Ideas/Suggestions
- As a whole class you can discuss different examples of goals that the children may have for themselves.
- Working with each child, record what those goals are on their tracker. They can be social or academic goals.
- There are 3 boxes available to record a goal in each. Not all have to be used.
- Once the goals have been recorded, these can be laminated and attached to the main tracker with a velcro dot or some blu tack.
- Explain that this goals tracker is each child’s individual responsibility to work towards at their own pace.
- Rewards can be given when the goals have been completed.
