All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria with Australia Post.

For our US customers, once your parcel arrives in the US it will be delivered by USPS. You can enter your tracking number on the USPS website to track your parcel. Similarly, our Canadian customers, Canada Post will deliver your parcel.
If you have paid for insurance as part of your shipping cost at the checkout and your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, we will provide you with a solution, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Unfortunately, if you do not include insurance at the checkout, you will need to pursue reimbursement with the courier. Please see below for more information regarding damaged/lost parcels.
We always do our best to package orders to avoid damage in transit, however on occasion our parcels may arrive damaged. If any of your items arrive damaged (and you included insurance in your shipping), please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. Once we have assessed the damage, a replacement item(s) will be processed and shipped to you as per the normal shipping time frames. We understand this can be frustrating, however how our parcels are handled during transit, is out of our control.
If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we will send you an email to let you know your parcel has been returned to us. If you wish to have your parcel resent to you, we request you pay the full shipping cost that we are charged by our courier to have your parcel reshipped to you. Please note, no refunds will be given.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address supplied to us. However, in the case of an incorrectly/incomplete supplied address you will be charged a re-delivery fee (if this is an option with our courier). If the parcel has been delivered to the incorrectly supplied address, the customer can request a replacement at THEIR expense or attempt to retrieve the parcel themselves. Please ensure you double check the entered shipping address before checking out (we take no responsibility for an incorrectly delivered parcel).
We endeavor to post orders in a timely manner, so if there are any changes that need to be made to your order/address, please contact us ASAP. Unfortunately, once your parcel has been collected by our courier we cannot make any changes.
Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout. Shipping costs are subject to change without notice. We aim to keep shipping costs for our customers to a minimum, which is why we subsidise this cost.
