Emotions & Feelings Daily Reflection Journal - Question of the Day Write or Draw

This Emotions and Feelings Daily Reflection Journal can be used to encourage your children toidentify and describe their emotions and feelings. With over 20 different reflection questions included, the children will explore situations where they felt a number of different feelings and emotions. Each of the pages in this Emotions and Feelings Daily Reflection Journal pack can be used individually or formed into a book and completed throughout the year. Students have the option to write and/or draw their reflection and an editable reflection page is also included in Microsoft Publisher format.

Ways to use this is the classroom: 

• Provide each child with their own printed copy of the emotions and feelings journal.
  
  
• Depending on the age group, the children can either work on their own or it can be a structured writing lesson.
  
  
• The children can also either just draw a picture or also add some writing underneath too.
  
  
• If children are willing, this writing could be shared with the class to demonstrate feelings and emotions in different situations.
